Special Reminders & Instructions for the Second Wave Registration:

1. All confirmation emails for those who successfully registered and passed the review in the first wave have been sent. For students who have not received one, please take this opportunity to register using tomorrow's second-wave form!
   The registration link will automatically go live at 10:00 AM in the pinned announcements section under "General Activities" on the Extracurricular Activities Division website.

2. Due to system settings, the Google Forms system may automatically send you a registration confirmation email upon submission, regardless of whether your information is correct or if the form was completed.

However, this email is NOT the confirmation email required to collect your t-shirt!

Staff members will manually review all submissions on the backend to check for data accuracy, duplicate entries, etc.

Students who provide accurate information and submit the form while size quotas are still available will receive an official pickup notification email sent by the university after the second-wave registration closes. This is the actual email required for t-shirt collection! As all reviews are conducted manually, processing may take some time. We appreciate your patience.

Second-wave confirmation emails will be sent before August 28, 6:00 PM.

At that time, if you have not received a successful registration email from the organizer, it means you were unable to secure a t-shirt, provided incorrect information, or do not meet the eligibility requirements.

3. If the size selection for your identity category displays "This question is no longer accepting responses", it indicates that no quota remains for that category at the moment of registration. This means that even if you submit the form, a size was not successfully reserved for you.

※ Students who have already received an official pickup notification email from the first wave, please do not register again. Kindly leave the remaining slots for others who have not yet secured one. Thank you for your mutual care and support!

※ For duplicate submissions, only the size selected in your first entry will be considered. (Accounts involved in spamming or malicious violations of the rules may be removed directly.)

※ When a specific size reaches capacity, the option will automatically be hidden. Once the overall registration quota is full, the form will close automatically.

Thank you for your support and enthusiasm! T-shirt quantities are limited—we kindly ask for your understanding if you are unable to secure one. You are still most welcome to attend the Opening Ceremony on September 6 in person. Alternatively, you may check later to see if any unclaimed t-shirts remain from uncollected registrations (availability is not guaranteed).
